‘95 Petit Village. My 4th from a release case. Color is lightening at the rim. Moderately aromatic nose speaks of merlot with Chocolate, coffee and a touch of oak. In the mouth the wine is full with the hard ‘95 edge but still enjoyable. The palate has really opened up this is the best showing for this wine to date. 90 points.

Dense purple in color. Nice young Bordeaux nose with swirling. Underbrush and currant. Tight Merlot-dominated flavors and very tannic on the finish. This wine has not budged since release and I wonder how long it will need. Still way to young to drink but it has potential.
