| 1999 Colin-Deleger Bourgogne Blanc. $17. Citrus infused nose with a bit of toasty Oak. Golden yellow color. Initially a touch tart on the palate but this did settle down with time. The wine had a good entry of white fruit but became flabby in the middle and somewhat hot on the finish. The wine had a heavy, disjointed mouth feel that I did not like. My wife adds that this wine was not as ‘clean’ as other white Burgundies we’ve had. I agree. Not recommended |
