| Nice mature nose of cassis, cherry with a little underbrush. On the palate this wine was clearly mature, possibly a touch thin, but oh so nice. The tannins were well integrated with the fruit. Beautiful balance. Awesome finish. In short, a great mature bottle of Cabernet that, to me, emulated an old world style. The price was $13 per bottle. |
